The location and staff were all very good. We liked the local area around the hotel. Also, a grassy park was max 5 minutes walk to: )

Hotel had friendly reception. Functional & immaculate unit with stunning view and the balcony and nice views. My room included an electric kettle and a fridge. The staff was pretty friendly and informative, everything was perfect. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Central Interlaken district. I didn't want to leave, so would recommend this venue.

The location was impeccable, the bed was soft, and the staff was genuine! The decor of the light room was interesting and it was practical too. Generally everything was well-maintained, nonetheless the bathroom was dark.

the staff was helpful and the setting was excellent. you can also visit kashmir resturant that offers excellent meals. just a 5-minute walk to interlaken west train station. every place we wanted to visit including kunsthaus was a short walk to this hotel.
